Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our B2B SaaS product team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction, development, and success of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product roadmap reflects their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and market dynamics.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
